Our search eventually led us to Trevor, and he immediately filled us with confidence. Trevor patiently guided us through the planning process, helping us carefully select vendors capable of delivering our vision. We never had to worry about when to make certain decisions or when to book a particular vendor. He was there with us throughout the process, giving us gentle reminders. As someone who typically agonizes over the details and doesn’t like relinquishing control, Trevor ensured our wedding day was stress-free. On the big day, the execution was flawless. Everything just went like clockwork. We were both fully present the entire day, enjoying the moment with those dearests to us. We never once had to think about the mechanics of the day. Sarah & David: We are so pleased with how our wedding turned out and almost all of that is thanks to Trevor. From day one, he blew us away with his organized budget tracker, monthly checklists, and overall professionalism. We interviewed a handful of other planners, and Trevor was head and shoulders above the rest. His confidence in his skills was evident, and it made us feel confident in our decision to choose him.
While his high level of organization through the entire 15 months of planning was always there, we feel he provided exceptional added value through his network of trusted vendors. We did not come to the table with any vendors that we had to have, and relied on his recommendations for most decisions. He always knew who the best value options were, but he did not make any decisions for us unless we asked him for guidance.
While we were planning our wedding, we had attended a few other weddings and saw first hand how chaotic it can be when a wedding planner does not have their sh*t together. We always looked at each other and delighted in the fact that we were in great hands with Trevor. Everyone kept asking us if we were stressed out about our wedding, and every time the answer was "not at all, we have a great planner".

Irina & Matt: “My friend in the wedding industry recommended Trevor as a wedding planner for my husband and I. We live in Vancouver and we were having our wedding in Toronto. We met with Trevor on zoom and after our meeting, we knew right away that we wanted to work with him. We could tell that Trevor has a lot of experience planning weddings and knows what to focus on at the right time during the wedding planning process. His budget spreadsheet and vendor recommendations were amazing. Trevor gave us a list of his top 5 vendors for each vendor category and we loved that we didn’t have to spend hours searching online for quality vendors.

We already had our venue booked when we hired Trevor and he was able to facilitate communication with the venue’s disorganized staff. It also helped a lot that Trevor could communicate with all of our vendors during EST work hours.

On the day of the wedding, Trevor made sure everything was running on time. He created a detailed document that the wedding party and vendors were all able to follow and reference. He even helped us get some money back from our venue due to a small mishap caused by the venue that was unrelated to Trevor.

Katherine & David: “My wife and I worked with Trevor to plan our wedding in Mexico this past March. From the outset, Trevor was incredibly responsive, receptive, and collaborative in helping us to plan the day. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming given the number of vendors, but Trevor kept it simple and easy for us every step of the way - he would compile condensed lists for us to review of each vendor (venue, photographers, etc.) and explain the key differences, as well as facilitate all of the interviews and contract negotiations.

Trevor was in constant communication with us in the months approaching the wedding, giving us easy timelines to follow for completing key items (e.g. finalizing itineraries, buying gifts, etc.) and stay on track. He was always responsive when we had questions, big or small, and gave great advice throughout the process that helped culminate in a fantastic day.

When it came to wedding week, Trevor travelled with us to Mexico and was absolutely incredible in coordinating events both at our resort and venue itself. We were held up at the arrival airport for a few hours due to baggage delays - during this, Trevor worked quickly to re-schedule and amend events that we had planned for the evening to ensure everything remained seamless when we arrived at the hotel. Throughout the week a few other wrenches got thrown into our plans with last minute changes and disruptions in Mexico, but for every situation Trevor was there with a plan and course of action.

Lastly, our wedding day! Trevor arrived at the venue early and was able to negotiate with them to provide a significant amount of additional decorations (lights, floral table runners, candles, sofas/lounge furniture) for free. While the venue would have looked great nonetheless (hard for it not too when you have a beach background!) the extra touches just made it much more special. Throughout the day as well Trevor worked continuously behind the scenes to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We probably don’t even know the full extent of everything he did that day, but neither my wife or I experienced any stress throughout the event - much of that is attributable to Trevor’s hard work.
